The fact that I can't play PSP games on my PS3.

Or my PS2, but I wouldn't expect that anyway, seeing how old mine is.

It's just that the controls are similar enough to seem like it would work rather well...

  • Well several PSP games are to be ported to PS3 with HD updates. Personally, I think Sony should live up to the PS3's tagline "It only does everything" by adding a PS2 emulator and releasing a USB add on that lets it play PSP games.

Why would anybody even want that? I mean, for what? And the announcement the PS3 ports is one of the most superfluous things I ever heard.

What do people hope for? Just playing on a bigger screen? Is that really everything?
  • Well I hate the PSPs tiny thumb pad, and I rarely play video games outside, so they may as well be on the big screen.

    OOOooooOoOoOOoo, I'm a ghoOooOooOOOost!
@TheConductor: The problem with the PS2 emulator is that the PS2 is really hard to emulate with software. The first few models of the PS3 actually had PS2s built in. That's why they were absurdly expensive -- you had to pay for two systems.

Anyway, they removed that  from the later versions because there was no other reasonable way to lower the price.
  • ^ Ah, that's why they removed it? Didn't know that. It's not  a big deal, I still have my PS2. It's just a space filler, it would be nice to have one machine that did it all.
  • According to Sony and a bunch of developers, the PSP2 might allow for games that can be played in both it and the PS3, interchangeably.

^That wasn't quite how I heard it. The way I heard it, it'll outright be compatible with all PS3 games and vice versa.
  • A handheld that plays PS3 games scares me.

  • Is there supposed to be some image or something reacting to that cause I can't see one.
  • IE7 borked my post. Since it was a joke, there's no point in fixing it now, it shall stay that way as a testament of IE's shittiness.

    You can change. You can.
Better question: What the bloody hell are you doing and why are you using IE7?

Tell me, Noimporta...when did you start hating yourself so much you'd use IE7?
  • Because it being so shitty discourages me from internet browsing.
  • You can change. You can.
...that's...wow, that's actually a good way of avoiding procastination...

    Probably will use it. >_>

This never discourages me from browsing. At least not at work.
